Yes, you can Yelp or google a place for reviews but review the facility’s state licensing records to see if there were any current violation(s).
Depending on the violation, it does not necessarily label them as a rotten tomato, in this case, a facility. I would review how well the facility corrected its mistake, how quickly it responded to the problem, what steps it took to resolve it and experience its customer service.
There is no perfect company/facility but I believe when we all work together, we can come close to it and our seniors can reap the benefits of receiving the quality care they deserve.
